Suzhou Rongwei Industry & Trade Co., Ltd was established in June 1995 with a registered capital of 10 million RMB. The company’s operating project concentrates on the manufacturing of large sheet metal parts for household appliances, automobile parts and etc, and various moulds, for example, the cold-punching mould.
The company now has a total fixed asset of 143.8 million RMB, a floor area of 20,000 ㎡ and a production area as large as 14,000 square meters. As for production facilities, it has more than 70 sets of large stamping equipments, to be exact, the 250T~1000T straight side two point press; nearly 22 sets of peripheral automation devices, for example, the numerical-control manipulator; 57 sets of equipments for the design and manufacture of mould, such as the vertical machining center (VMC) and low speed wire-cutting electrical discharge machine (LSWEDM); and, at last, 18 sets of various measuring devices, such as 3D measuring machine, optical instrument, multi-purpose physical-property testing machine, and etc.
Among the 386 employees, there are more than 10% are with a college degree or above, and they have been seen as the core strength in administrative departments of marketing, purchasing, manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, and etc. The company’s main products are formed outfit parts and structural parts of household appliances, heating devices of auto parts and household appliance. The production capacity of middle and large scale cold punching dies reaches 300 sets per year. And, the annual production capacity foresees an amount of 0.3 billion RMB and the annual turnover is as high as 0.26 billion RMB.
Since 2008, the company has focused on technical reform and innovation. On one hand, by means of technical reform, we expect to get product upgrades, along with higher efficiency, lower power consumption and consequently lower cost; on the other hand, with technical innovation, we could further reduce energy consumption and lower cost, so as to become more competitive in the industry.
